Q: What sneakers are available to pre-order?
A: Sneakers get added as leaks start to be released online and they’ll get posted so you have the opportunity to pre-order.

Q: Can I pre-order any size?
A: You can order any size that is available in the style you've selected.

Q: Will the sneakers look exactly like the image posted?
A: Not always. Sometimes the brand decides to make changes to the design before they release.

Q: How much is it to pre-order?
A: It will vary on how limited the sneaker you selected will be and how close to the release it is. The closer to the release date, the more it'll be.

Q: When do I have to pay?
A: Once the order is placed.

Q: Do I have to pay for the sneakers in full?
A: Yes

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: You will be contacted when your order arrives which is typically in 4-12 weeks after the official release. In extenuating circumstances orders can be delayed and/or cancelled due to production quantities.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: No, All sales are final (No Exceptions)
